Just installed Electrified Overland GTSlide gear tunnel shuttle

I just got this in today and finished installing it. Here is a breakdown of the installation.
1. Arrived very well packaged and secure
2. Make sure you scan the business card QR code to get the installation instructions
3. Installation is pretty easy

the quality of the slide is very good, but the only issue I have is that the slide hits the latch for the tunnel when opening it on the drivers side.
Alignment in the shuttle is a bit tricky, but if you play with it enough, you can find a sweet spot.

so far I am very happy with it, and I will update the review when I get some L track tie downs for it.

I'm surprised he isn't shipping it with shims to overcome the gear tunnel door issue you experienced. Other slide manufacturers have been providing kits on demand to address variability between gear tunnels.

I like the look of this; have a feeling it will be my next upgrade.

I had some washers already that I used to raise the height 1/4” and they work great.

Looks great and glad you figured out the clearance issue using washers.
Did you find the height to be within a comfortable range so as not to be bending over too much if standing over a cooking surface? I'm 5'9", so I'd imagine that being another factor.

I am 5’9” also. The height is perfect as a cooking surface if the suspension is raised.

I had considered that, but I found the Molle panel better for my needs. I use it to carry my fishing rods or gun cases, and most of the stuff do put in the gear tunnel is longer items that would not fit in a smaller container.

I've been waiting for mine longer than I did my topper. I can't wait to finally get it. Hopefully I won't have any clearance issues.

I’ve had this problem on my Rivian as well. The doors are inconsistent from side to side and from other Rivian’s as well. My drivers side was too high and the pass side was too low. But the vast majority of Rivian gear tunnel doors are parallel to the floor. I bet it’s difficult to design something to fit a wide range of trucks with inconsistent build quality. May be an issue with early builds? Anyways, love this gear tunnel slide, waiting on mine.

I received mine and installed it. I don’t have an issue with the slide hitting the latch but my driver side is higher so I had to raise mine about 1/4” with washers also so I was comfortable with the amount of friction the slide had against the plastic cover for the air hose. I was in the same boat for loading with fishing rods and I would say the Molle is great for it. Here is a photo of my fishing setup. 3 piece travel bass rods I take down 1 piece and it’s a perfect fit across the back molle
