Key FOB battery level notice on dash screen

When I select the key tab and look at my key FOB there is a very, very small yellow box next to the FOB in the list of keys. It looks like it is a battery gauge of capacity or power level, am I correct? Or, what does the small icon represent? The little box looks either 3/4 full or 3/4 empty, I can not tell is the darker section represents power, or absence of power.

Is my question half full, or half empty?

I want to replace the battery is it is low in power.

It will be green when full, yellow when it's getting low, red when it's really low.
