Update:
I received the "add on" coffee press from there website.
I ordered just the add on here:

Delivery was on par for normal direct form China delivery timelines.

The circumference was good on the press but the stick was comically long
(sorry about the lens flare):

"A bit long" is a generous statement.

I cut off the excess and spot welded the handle back on a much more appropriately length.

I would have used epoxy if I had any, as I had to scuff the finish to get the weld to hold, which may introduce some rust in the future.

I kept it a skosh long but it will stow much nicer than stock length.

Cable wraps around the stick nicely to stow in a nice compact package when not in use.

No issue using on any Rivian plugs, house plugs or mobile power banks rated to 400w.

I’ve had good luck with the Stanley travel thermos that has a built-in French press.

I too have been using the Stanley thermos/press for a while.
It will be nice to have one less thing bouncing around/ one less thing to forget when I deep clean cooking stuff in the house post trip.
