After the update last night, my phone would no longer connect to vehicle. Eventually deleted the key and told Bluetooth to forget vehicle. Tried to pair phone and while it will connect to Rivian audio, it will not connect as a key. I called Rivian support and they walked me through the same steps I had tried including hard reset and deleting key, toggling Bluetooth, restarting phone, but nothing. I have an iPhone 15. Now have to wait over a month for a mobile tech unless I can figure out a solution before. Anyone know anything? Thx for any thoughts!

Did you delete the key from the phone and restart the phone. Mine did this when the phone updated rather than the truck. I can't tell from your post which device's update caused the problem to start.

Same thing happened to me. I waited 24 hours, did a full reboot of both auto and phone, then the car & phone connected. All is good now.

Any luck @Luvwine or anyone else? My wife’s key unpaired and I cannot re-pair it. iPhone. Updated app. Deleted her key. Deleted her access. Started over. Repeatedly. Have rebooted phone several times and Rivian several times. Audio will connect no problem but the phone won’t connect as a key.

It seems like there is something funky with the way Rivian is sending the Bluetooth signal. The Rivian key Bluetooth bounces between “connected” and “other devices” in the Bluetooth settings listing on her iPhone.
