Latest VIN check R1T. What is the real production rate...

A very exciting day!!!

After waiting nearly 2-years I just picked a truck from the the R1T Shop this afternoon. It was IDENTICAL to my reserved configuration so I snagged it. I'm so happy I was patient and waited for the OC interior.

It will be curious to how the bed cover slats are sold and priced once they go into production.

The VIN in 139xx so it appears to be a fairly fresh build. I am VERY excited about that. I would have refused an older VIN due to concerns that it's been sitting around for collision damage repairs, a Rivian buy back vehicle, etc.

Now to jump on those 8 steps

Well done. Although with six weeks left in the year I would expect a VIN greater than 14000 given they need to build >20k of R1s this year.

I read the R1 production goal was 15k for 2022. I will check the production date sticker on the drivers side door opening to see exactly when it was assembled. I heard some buyers took delivery of 14k VIN's already.

I heard Rivian recently added a 2nd shift. I am sure those production targets are a top priority for the Rivian leadership team to meet or exceed.

I also shopped in the Rivian store yesterday and picked out an R1T, 13,86*.
I'm stuck on step 2 of the process though, keep getting an error message on submitting information for trade in estimate...

Don't forget that the R1S has a separate VIN sequence (currently ~2k)

You may have to contact your guide if you keep getting a error. I couldn't start or enter the insurance step for a day or two, I ended up emailing a copy of my insurance to my guide, and she took care of that for me.

Our R1T Shop trucks were most likely assembled on the same day (13,98*).

What color and interior? The Shop had one GW with zero options listed for $71,500 plus the $1800 destination fee. It was truly a base model.

Just finished the 8 steps. The truck is under final inspection at the Richmond SC. VIN #14924.

My guide matched me to this truck. It matched my configuration except it has no tonneau cover, no spare and 21” wheels.

My order was Limestone, but I'm actually glad I went with Forest Green.

Can you see VIN numbers in the R1 shop? If so what was the highest number you saw?
