I was one if those who canceled my reservation after the price increase and then reinstated my order after the RJ e-mail. It's the only reason I can think of.
That's the highest VIN to date that I'm aware of. They might just make 17k before the end of the year for R1T's
That's a good sign with 15k + numbered VIN's being out in the wild.

I was sure that I had configured in a spare. When I contacted my guide to inquire when it would be arriving, he looked at my order and told me that I hadn't configured a spare but that I could order one from the gear shop "eventually".
IMO the wait once you've been assigned a VIN is the worst. I had mine (137XX) assigned since 11/12/22 and my guide says the truck is still sitting in Normal, waiting to be shipped
Weird. My VIN is 149XX. I had my truck delivered about 10 days after being assigned. However, I did have to compromise a bit on my configuration.IMO the wait once you've been assigned a VIN is the worst. Yeah, I see so many sigs on here with about a 8-12 day time from assigned VIN to delivery and when my guide told me 6 more weeks, I mentioned that to him. This was his reply:
