Lease Newbie Questions

Appreciate any pointers on a website/calculator for auto lease - where I can reverse-engineer to get to the rent (interest amount) from other data I have. Edmunds came close but didn’t get me the breakdown of the monthly (principal, and rent/interest). Rivian delivery guy didn’t have that split until like 2 days before delivery

BTW money factor is currently 0.00332 (7.92% APR) for Tier-1 credit, and for a Dual Motor Maxpack, the residual for 3yr/12K-per-year is 57%.
Any advantages of the fed tax credit for lease is completely nullified at these high interest rates!

Rates are in flux daily. No bank is locking a rate for any type of non home loan for more than a couple days.
