I bought this Lectron Tesla to J1772 charge adaptor to be able to use Tesla destination / level 2 chargers in the Rivian, but I sold the Rivian before getting a chance to use it. I quite literally opened the box for the first time to take this picture and didn't even remove it from the box. I paid $170 with tax, but will sell for $140 locally in Denver or shipped to the lower 48 for $150.
