After having several fastener screws sheer off, I'm trying to stay positive and am turning this into a game.

I'm guessing something to do with fastening the under body panels.

Our Rivian rubber mats arrived missing 2 of these all together. The 3rd row rubber mat doesn’t even remotely line up or fit. Was this from your rubber mat or the normal mats that come with the vehicle?

at least two more fasteners (screws) sheared... found them on my garage floor. I'll need to crawl under and see how many I've lost.

Good thing it was just a floor mat pin lol. Love the optimistic spin you put on the situation, but really hoping the next pic you share isn't your entire engine on the road...
Be kind of tough for an engine to fall out of a Rivian. ;)

My R1T is pretty solid actually. I have no rattles or noises. I didn't realize this until I put the crossmember bars on the cab rather than the bed. Then, there was rattle. As a first adopter and a first build, I am actually amazed.

Woo! Welcome to the club, brother. If they try to mobile-service it, push back and ask for SC service. The mobile techs can't access with the right tools to extract broken screws stuck in there.

I had one of the bed side panel bolts come out within the first couple weeks, opened the bed to show a co-worker, and it was just laying there in the middle of the bed. I put it back in, and checked all the others, found a few more loose.

Something would have to be seriously wrong if an engine is falling out of your Rivian lol

For the floor mats? Maybe you wear shoes with too much traction?
Shoes with too much traction on an off road vehicle 🤔. I hope not!

no, for the plastic under body panels.
Do you have any pics of what the fastener threads look like, or the panel alignment against the threaded mounting locations?

I have the reinforced shield, but I'm worried I'm going to start seeing things fall of my R1T and make their way into tires. We had no less than 4x flat tires last year during our house renovations (my conclusion is that contractors are notoriously poor at enforcing cleanliness).
