Does anyone have a specific recommendation for the best 20" AT tires? I'm looking to find something that will work for daily driving and the occasional (2-3x per year) off-road adventure.

The google doc lists a number of tires that are “LT,” but I am unable to order from tire rack because they are not OEM spec. What are some cons of buying out of exact spec? Is the added weight a big deal? Am I going to have to work with a 3rd party (small) shop to install tires?
