So if you swing by the SC they will top it off for free... Have done this with my R1T and R1S. You don't need an appointment just stop by and ask for them to top it off. Takes 15min.

How far is your SC located? How long does it take you to get there and back? How long you do have to wait?
Is it really free?
What's your time (at least 15 min., apparently) and effort worth, plus ride wear and tear. Can they all beat $3.69, give or take, the price of a windshield washer jug at the nearest store?

The first time I used the washer fluid with my family in the car, my daughter in the 3rd row noticed and asked what that bad smell is. So, they don't like it. I need to put it on recirculate when I want to clean my windows.

From my office the SC is 5min away and I can walk to get lunch, so your point is moot. A lot cheaper than $99 to order the concentrate. Yes, it is free. My SC is very good.

I highly suspect this is part of the reason that Rivians are seen as unreliable. They fill the washer fluid every time you take the vehicle in for service. Some folks are likely making up problems just to get that refill.
