Loose Fender Trim - Requires visit to service center

Reported a piece of loose trim several weeks ago and was just informed I have to bring it to the Richmond service center (134 miles, 2.5-5hrs each way depending on DC traffic). I understand the trim contains a camera, but I’m amazed this is beyond the abilities of the mobile techs. I’m also not a fan of taking off work and putting 268 miles on the truck to fix a piece of trim……

I have a few similar type of issues. Stuff I could fix myself if I wanted to spend 1/2 my weekend. Instead, I'm trying to get it all fixed at the same time at the SC... it's a 3 month wait.

Fix it yourself then. The drive to the dealer to get things repaired is part of the ownership experience when buying a vehicle without local dealer support.
