Morning everyone,

Based on Rivians track record, how's everyone feeling that they will contact (im assuming) all 2022 estimated delivery preorder holders by the end of the month per the email they sent out? We still have a few weeks to go and I've seen lots of 2021 orders moving but feel iffy on them being able to complete that task.

Do you mean people with preorders placed in 2021/22, or people with delivery estimates in 2022?

if the former, why?? There are people with 2018 preorders who don’t have a guide etc etc

Based on what the email said, anyone who was given a 2022 estimated delivery would be contacted to possibly get delivery sooner if configuration is changed.

The discussion for 2018-2020 preorder holders who haven't gotten contacted yet is an entirely different thing altogether. This thread isn't about that because we all know there are people here since 2018 that haven't gotten a guide contact and that can be a whole 50 page thread in itself.

Sure I think Rivian can send out a mass email. Why not?

Now if you're asking about whether it will be a) accurate and b) fair.... No.

oh so you think, them contacting preorder holders with 2022 delivery estimates will more than likely be an email rather than actual CS reps contacting preorder holders?

I think it will 100% be an email.

I think they'll schedule calls when they want to schedule individual deliveries (like we have a truck for you NOW) But for most people it's going to be an email, for now.

Makes sense, i can definitely see that happening.
