I've never had an OEM stereo system (that had a decent system) that was so challenging to adjust as this Meridian system in my R1T. What I try to adjust for is an EQ setting that makes me happy with almost all of the various music genres that I listen to. And with Rivian not allowing for a save on the Custom EQ settings, finding a custom setting that I can just leave alone is all the more important.

Up until recently, I've only tried adding to each frequency. Lately, I've been cutting each frequency with much better results. Below is where I've landed. It's not perfect, though. Oh, and it needs to be cranked up to 25+ to enjoy ?

With the the “enhanced” 3D sound on I could not find any preset or custom EQ settings that I thought sounded great. When it is set to “on” or “off” it sounds much better to me.

I agree that lowering some of the frequencies helps more than raising them. I started with the “Rock” preset and adjusted from there to find something that sounds good to me.
