A super informed and polite, engaging young woman. Shannon did my mobile delivery of my R1 S today. She took a lot of time and explained everything excellent job. After reading all these forums , I was concerned about things, but she was excellent and made the experience enjoyable. Now I am Looking forward to testing and learning this vehicle out over the next few weeks.
