The navigation trip planner shows “offline” when searching for and selecting a destination. It won’t plan charging on the route.

LTE and Wifi are online.
Other streaming serviced work (e.g. Tune In)
Vehicle reset didn’t help
Infotainment reset didn’t help

On release .47.

can’t get a service appointment in Bellevue until May (that sucks!)

any ideas?

any ideas?
Happens when I leave work occasionally. Doesn't seem to persist, but ATT service at work has always been spotty there, so I suspect that's why for me.

Interesting. Does it work properly when reception improves?

Unfortunately I’ve found the trip planner does not show about half of the 100+ kW chargers on my common route. So, of limited use.

Try turning off availability

Try turning off availability
Thanks for the suggestion, but it’s already off. I’d kill for PlugShare, though it’s trip planning features leave something to be desired.

Update: Navigation trip planner is back “online”. Turns out I had privacy settings turned on for navigation.

Pro Tip: Navigation requires sharing (privacy not allowed) for route planning and traffic updates

@PappaBolt Thank you! I have been trying to figure this one out for 3 days now. Support had no idea what the problem was .
Update: Navigation trip planner is back “online”. Turns out I had privacy settings turned on for navigation.
