Anyone else believe navigation has become worse? Over the last few days I had 2 issues which I attribute to the nav change a couple of updates ago. The first was a road closure that occurred while driving. The road showed closed but when trying to find another route it kept directing me back to closure. The second was when trying to choose routes it gave me one that was much less time so chose that even though Waze was showing 20 minutes longer. Then about 10 minutes into the drive the ETA pushed out about 25 minutes. I would have chosen a different route. Prior to the update I was thinking the Rivian nav had really improved.

For reference I have a Gen 1 R1T quad.

Eh, it's only been how long since switch to a Google based nav? It's a far better foundation to build off of than Mapbox. Give it time. If you've got specific bugs to report, more productive to report it through Rivian mobile app via "share feedback". This forum has zero official connection to Rivian. If anyone from Rivian sees your complaint, it'd be purely coincidental.

I’m gonna chime in as I for sure agree that the Nav is significantly worse. The traffic is consistently wrong, sometimes it routes me in circles and the ETA seems based on the erroneous traffic but hey, the zoom at least works better.

the thing is google on my phone seems more accurate and apple maps far more so.

not sure this ‘upgrade’ is worth it.
