Hello,
I need some help finding some OEM parts.
Long story short. Took my Rivian to service for the toe link recall two weeks ago. Had Gen1 EVsportsline Rock sliders and service center refuse to jack it. Paid $250 to have it removed and put back the plastic undercarriage cover.
Purchased new Running boards, removed the plastic cover over this weekend only to realize that they didn't put the bolts back on. Apparently, since I only asked to get the rock sliders removed, they also figured I wouldn't want the bolts put back on. Basically, I was driving for the entire week without 16 of those large bolts.
But now I am missing one of them and 4 of the triangular metal plates as they also didn't think it was a Rivian part.
Service Center is refusing to take ownership as "aftermarket part was installed". So I don't know if or when they will actually replace the parts.
