I use this iPhone holder, which has been solid even on rough babkcountry tracks.

Now I’m seeking something similar for an iPad mini to use with the control pad for our soon to be delivered Pebble Flow trailer. I hate more clutter, but want the iPad securely held yet easily used by the driver. Any recommendations?

I use mounts that slip behind the tablet and lock in there. I think EV Sportsline has them. They come with a ball mount that you can put anything on. Problem with a ipad mini is that it will block part of the screen.

I’ve also joined the Pebble Flow reservation list. Have you been given info or assurances from Pebble that the local network communication range of the Pebble will reach the R1T drivers seat while moving? That would be great, and make perfect sense, but I’ve only seen pics of the mini being used just outside the Pebble.
Congrats on imminent delivery! I just signed up for the PebbleFlowForum this morning.

Current iPad Mini user and future Pebble Flow owner...
Assuming the network connection from the Pebble will reach the R1T cab (?), I would plan to place the Pebble iPad Mini right where I currently keep mine when I drive... at the front of the center console, which is a perfect fit. If I need to use the charge pads for phone charging, I just set the iPad aside for awhile. Couple of picture with no case (and an Apple Pencil attached), as well as one with the Apple OEM magnetic case - lays flat and doesn't block any of the other screens. YMMV

I'm seen them use it in the vehicle while driving to adjust the motors to assist or to regenerate or turn off assist. Shouldn't be an issue.
