No GPS, UI, PAAK issues

Anyone else having issues of not having GPS work on their rivian? I'm getting the no GPS logo on the navigation screen, and when it does work it's very sporadic, no altimeter either, and phone as a key is not enabled to unlock at home yet it still unlocks when clearly I have the setting. Tried toggling on and off no luck. Tried soft reset, nothing. Tried hard reset, same issue still.

The GPS on my Gen 1 R1S has been useless for over a week now. Screen freezes, jumps to various places that I've recently driven thru but never where I am, then freezes again. Different info on driver and center display. My garage open icon/switch appears randomly - but not at the garage. Car occasionally says "no key present" when it is. (Have to toggle lock/unlock on the app to clear it to be able to drive.)
Multiple hard and soft/display resets and over night walk aways. Support suggests I wait until Mobile Service comes to rotate the tires on Dec 5th to "see if they might be able to do something". I think it's a software issue (I have 2024.39.01). Shouldn't they be able to inspect/reset/reinstall the software over the air?
