I picked up my Gen2 R1t last week with Rivian Premium Audio. Am I missing something here? My speakers seem to work only 50% of the time. Half of the time, when I play music through Spotify, the radio, or my phone's Bluetooth, it displays that it is playing, but no sound comes out. It works some of the time, but not all of the time. Do you have any idea what is going on?

We have the same problem, but only with my wife's phone. There is some kind of software glitch between her iPhone and Rivian that not only causes her phone not to work with the speaker system, but the entire speaker system doesn't work so that she is unable to listen to music. Restarting her phone seemed to fix it.

Having this same issue now. radio, spotify, iphone bluetooth all appear to be playing, but NO SOUND. Sucks when you are already on the road, cause it is just quiet time I guess.

I a have reset the system (infotainment and complete hard reset) in park and this fixes the problem but only TEMPORARILY. Will happen again (although not very common). No rhyme or reason as to when it will happen. Not my iphone. I turned off bluetooth and the phone sound works fine. Radio also effected. Weird glitch.

The couple times that my R1T has shown the connection from the phone, and I verified that the Rivian was selected as the speaker on my iPhone, but I didn't hear audio, I was able to quickly correct it by selecting the radio, then reselecting the Bluetooth source on the Rivian dash.

I've also had a couple times where the Bluetooth connection seems to be established, but Rivian Audio is not an option for the speaker on the iPhone. To fix that situation, in the Bluetooth screen, I would disconnect from the iPhone, then reconnect to the phone. Just a disconnect, not a delete and repair process, which requires the vehicle in park.

Had similar with Apple Music and Bluetooth. Usually reselecting the source or switching the source and switching back fixes it. PITA. Seems to happen less often lately.
