I’ve had to work in the truck a few times. Found that it’s more comfortable if I adjust the seat all the way back due to the size of the laptop and interference from the steering wheel. Love using the hotspot. It would be neat to have an aftermarket laptop shelf to sit on the center console.

Yep, did that, titled back more than usual and raised steering a bit as well

I do this a lot of times while my kids are at rugby practice.

I originally thought the idea of a Wifi hotspot was ridiculous. Now I don't know if I could do without it.

I've found that I'm more comfortable switching to the passenger seat. The armrest is perfect for my trackball mouse.

for some reason I tried the middle row seat instead and noticed it turn off all screens - expecting no one is in the vehicle. this made me think about how Gear Guard would behave though, if I was in the front seats

Whenever I try to use the Hotspot, I always get a "No Internet" message on my device when I select it.

If the Infotainment Reset and Vehicle Reset options don't restore your internet, call or text Rivian Service for next steps. As far as I know, this feature should work for all Rivian owners.
