There are many of us having crossbars sitting in the garage, in storage, on the shelves instead of installed on the bed/roof for personal reasons (no argument or discussion, please.) I thought it would be a good idea if they could be installed on garage walls with a set of brackets, like OEM, as a place to hang spray bottles, microfiber towels, etc.... So I'm putting a poll out to gauge interest. If there are enough people interested, maybe someone with manufacturing expertise would take them on.

I found some hooks thst Work perfectly with the crossbars, at Lowe’s. I’ve got crossbars for multiple vehicles hanging that way on my garage wall.

Can you post some pictures? And link for the hooks?

why not just use a regular set of wall hooks? Seems more convenient to just lift up and off the hooks than to have to reach for the side buttons to unlock them.

Looking for form and function, OEM integration would look a lot better on the wall.

I have a big set of wire shelves in my garage. I just took a 9" zip tie and hung it on the outside edge of the shelving. It's not as easy to take on/off but I don't do it super often. It's stable, it's cheap. I'm happy.

It’s the Kobalt slat wall system from Lowe’s Home Improvement. Lots of hook options available.

These look like they're a bit too short. Will the crossbars clamp on them solidly just like they would on the bed rails without flopping around?
They tilt just a little bit down as shown on the 4th picture (which is an actual photo). So they do have some up/down movement, but just a little bit. The whole mount feels pretty solid though, but I wouldn't put anything else other than the 2 crossbars (i.e. don't put ski/surf mounts on them too while hanged on the wall).

Edit: attaching few actual photos here:
