Parking Sensors Blocked... But not?

My wife's gen 2 R1S keeps saying the front parking sensors are blocked but we've cleaned them all. Did reset, still nothing. Only thing I can see is what seems like a sensor that has a mark that will not run off (maybe rock chip?), otherwise nothing.

Anyone else experience anything like this?

Did you get ppf installed? There are 4 large round sensors on the front bumper. I had to trim the ppf from the 2 outer sensors on the metal part of the bumper (no ppf was applied on the inner plastic part of the bumper's sensors). Post a picture of your sensors.
