I have been contemplating where to start about purchasing one of Rivian cars. If any one knows what is Rivian financing rate comparing other lenders? What kind of green incentive is there for Rivian compare to other EV cars? So far what I am herring is the 12 K from federal (7k) and state (5 K - NJ)tax credit. This will help me figure out my monthly payment so I can budget for it. Any Rivian phone number to get more information will be highly appreciated. I thank you to all Rivian enthusiasts who will respond to question in advance.

Wanted to make sure you are aware of how the tax credit works. You are still going to have to pay the full cost of the vehicle minus whatever cash you put down at the time of purchase. The tax credit will be applied in the following year when you file your taxes for the year you purchase it. You are probably aware of that, but the way you worded it to factor it into your monthly payment wasn't clear. There was a previous thread on financing rates from a variety of sources several months ago you can find searching here. But with rates headed up, by the time you actually get a vehicle who even knows where they will end up. As far as green incentives from the lenders, I have never heard of any.
For contacting Rivian, they probably aren't going to give you much more information beyond what is on the website. Rates are based on credit score, term chosen, and amount financed. Since you can't even apply until going through the vehicle checkout process, I doubt they would be willing to give you any current estimate of what you would qualify for before that. Best to shop around starting with your own bank or credit union. Here is what Rivian has on their website:

DCU.org currently provides as low as 1.49% for 65 months and a .25% discount for an EV. So, I’m paying 1.24% since refinancing my 2014 Tesla S with them.

It is very appealing financing rate that you have. I just checked their website and they still have 1.49% APR . I sincerely appreciate you for your reply!!
