Removing Trim Panels from Truck Bed

Has anyone been able to figure out how to remove these plugs? They don't seem to want to pry out, so my guess is they're like a twist-in, but I just don't see a way to get a grip on them to rotate/unlock them.

Small screw driver, just pry it out. It’s not screw in just a plastic rib that snaps in.

Edit: I should add there is a metal disc behind that the plastic snaps into, don’t pry on that it will bend it.

Awesome, thanks. You're right, normally I go at these things with plastic trim tools, but a small flat-blade does the job. In case anyone googles this in the future, here's what it looks like behind the plastic cover.

I’m curious what you found behind the trim, can you share some info and photos of your project?

That was many moons ago. The original intent was to remove it to aid in installing our vinyl decal, but in the end it wasn't that bad to just install in-situ, so, no need to remove.
