This release gives the app a full refresh —introducing a new look and feel, and a foundation for easier navigation to the features you use most.

• Get into the energy, climate, Gear Guard and location sections of the app quickly from the redesigned dashboard.
• Rivian Service has its own dedicated tab, to make getting the help you need easier.
• See more details on your vehicle's connectivity status so you can troubleshoot if needed.
• Get more control over what you see at a glance with Live Activity preferences.

Android: App updated to 3.0 but wasn't showing updated layout, uninstalled and reinstalled worked. Had to re-setup the PaaK and now I have my phone listed as 2 keys and not sure which one to delete.

Looks good! I like the improvement.

Downside, it lags when you scroll. Reminds me of the displays in my truck now. iPhone is my OS if you’re curious.

Old iPhone 12 Pro here and it does not lag. Maybe you have too many apps running or need to reboot phone?

This probably won't help you now, but wanting to avoid your experience on android with the multiple keys after uninstall/reinstall, I tried logging out and back into the app first and that didn't work. I then rebooted my phone and the new layout showed up.

Thanks, The sign out, reboot didn't work on my phone (OnePlus 12) but the updates applied with no reboot or uninstall on my wife's phone (pixel 7a). So it's hit or miss i guess.

Now I have 2 OnePlus 12's listed as active keys. I believe I am supposed to delete the one that doesn't have the dot under it.

I can install the latest Tesla app, on my older Samsung, but not Rivian. Is there really anything that needs the current android version to function, or is it just inadequate programming?
