Anyone with any comments about Rivian service? I scheduled a tire rotation and a door seal change because of excessive wind noise from the driver's door at the Chicago service center. I received a call one day before the appointment telling me that it was not necessary to bring my truck in and they would prefer to schedule for mobile service. 3 weeks later, the mobile tech arrives 4 hours late and tells me that he doesn't have the correct part to change the door seal and that tire rotations can't be done except at the shop (alternatively I could take my truck to a Goodyear auto center who have apparently partnered up with Rivian to do this). Since most people have never even seen a Rivian I feel uncomfortable entrusting someone at Goodyear who may damage the battery on my vehicle so I am back to square one ... thanks to the left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing at Rivian. Though I know that a door seal and tire rotation are minor issues, as far as I'm concerned, nothing dampens customer enthusiasm for a vehicle more than poor service.
