Hi Rivian Community,
I’m a high school student competing in DECA, and I’m currently in the research phase of a project called Project Adventure. Our concept is a Rivian-powered adventure-rental and membership program: think curated road trips in a fully equipped R1T or R1S, complete with camping gear, AI trip-planning through the Rivian app, and a network of solar-powered chargers and mobile charging trailers near national parks and trailheads. Every trip would include built-in sustainability features—carbon-offset funding, conservation partnerships, and real-time impact tracking.
I’m gathering feedback to better understand cost, feasibility, and customer needs so we can frame the service in a way that works for real Rivian owners and future customers. If you’re a young adult or college student who might be interested in a service like this, I’d love to hear your thoughts or have you take a quick survey.
I’d also value input from current Rivian owners or older adventure travelers who can share experiences with the vehicles, charging infrastructure, or what would make a rental/membership model appealing to you.
