We had the R1T for 1-day when both dash screens went dark. We were unable to use any of the functions at all (most notable the HVAC). Roadside assistance tried to help us reset with no luck. The last thing was letting it sit for 30-45 mins and it worked. In the next 10 days it went out 4 different times having to reset it the same way. We’ve got a service appointment set for Friday and they said they haven’t seen this issue repeated as often as with our truck. Hoping it’s just a loose connector in the dash for the screens.
Anyone else have this issue and if so, what was the cause and the fix (and not just having to reset it each time).
