Seat won’t recall

Today when I got in the car and I put it into drive, the seat settings didn’t recall to the driving position and it showed this:

so I went to the service menu and I calibrated the drivers seat but it gave me an error:

then I went into the RIDE menu and recalibrated everything and lone behold, the drivers seat failed to calibrate. I also reset the infotainment but I haven’t done a hard or sleep reset since I’m not at home.
Has anyone had this happen to them before or do you have any idea what my next steps should be?

I have not seen that but I usually find that a UI reset (2 outer buttons on steering wheel) is a first try when I get some odd behavior. More often than not it has helped resolve things.

Yes that is what, I tried sorry I wasn’t clear. Maybe I’ll try that one more time and then do a hard reset.
