Seattle Service Center - Rideshare to Enterprise?

I got the jounce line replacement added to my service appointment in Seattle next week! Has anyone had a prolonged appointment and used the rental car option? I asked on the phone about estimated length, to which I learned I had "a rideshare to the rental agency, and rental booked." Are they really Ubering people from south of Boeing Field up to Enterprise?

They brought mine to me, but the guy right after me had to do that because there weren't any available Enterprise employees to drive another one over. It's really only a few blocks down the road, though.
