Nice find, it wasn’t on the list Tony gave earlier this week, would be good although similar distance for me than Brooklyn but typically better traffic and much nicer area

Excellent news! It appears the City of Shelton Planning and Zoning Commission has now voted to approve the proposal for Rivian’s Connecticut Service Center as @Stephe first alerted us to in the post with the link to the Connecticut Post article on October 15.

Looks like the Judge denied the motion to reargue by D’Addario and upheld the decision of the zoning commission. Hopefully this will move along a bit now. I expect further legal battles once Rivian applies for its license to operate in the space with the DMV.
