Spring loading/unloading sound from rear seat area

I haven't been able to pinpoint exactly where this is coming from, other than just behind me when I'm driving. Sounds like a spring being loaded and unloaded. Anyone else heard a sound like that? Possibly coming from the back seats or seatbelts.

The sound is heard when moving, specifically starting and stopping at low speeds. It comes and goes. I'll hear it constantly for a day or two, then go a few days with nothing.
