Texting on the app broken?

I noticed that the messages I text to the service center via the Rivian app on iPhone is broken. It does not show what I am typing as the window gets cutoff once the keyboard pops up. So I have to blindly type and swipe away the keyboard to see what was typed. Very annoying.

Tried updating and reinstalling the app. No change.

Android? I've noticed that some form-type apps have weird text issues on some Androids. I updated a ticket yesterday and it was fine. iPhone 15 Pro.
