How is it clickbait? Vinfast does have a market cap of 1bn higher than Rivian. Honestly it's a lot less stupid then a lot of these threads

Just goes to show that Rivian stock is priced with expected failure at the moment or that
Vinfast is highly overvalued. Most likely a little bit of both.

Same here. $10 a share is a really low entry point. Buy 10 shares and see what happens. Then you’re only out $100 if it doesn’t work out. You’re not going to get rich that way, but you can at least say that you’ve invested in the company.

Vinfast is not really a fair comparison from a stock standpoint. 98% of shares of Vinfast are held by insiders, and only about $10M in shares trade daily. There just aren’t that many shares out there, and so there is a bit of a scarcity for those who are enthusiastic about it and want to buy or hold shares. So extrapolating a market cap on such a minuscule sample size really skews the market cap and makes the comparison not an ideal one.
