Weak seat heater, 2024 Rivian R1S quad

I barely feel my heated seats on high when temps are below 40s here... Its medicore to say the least compared to any cars I have owned over 25 years.. Not sure if its a defect or not but I will have to try the passenger heated seat myself to see. Its lukewarm on high throughout my drives up to 30 minutes and with the heater on.. The heated steering wheel is very good otherwise and the heating system is decent.

Just posted on another thread where someone had the same issue. Doesn't sound normal. Mine on level 3 is almost too warm.

It might be defective. Mine is already too hot at level 2. Level 3 would burn my ass.
