Had to schedule an appt. earlier this week. My service center showed no openings and I need to call to get an appt. They scheduled a mobile for next week. Never seen no availability before (Houston).
My proximity unlocking has been acting up. I keep the vehicle unlocked at home, but it hasn't been waking up when I enter the garage so when I get into the car, the steering wheel/seat don't adjust.
I replaced the battery in the key fob and also tried a reset. Neither made a difference so I contacted Rivian and I was able to get a mobile appointment within about a week. I could've taken an SC appointment earlier, but mobile was more convenient.
I'm in Los Angeles and there are 3 SC's nearby (Burbank, Van Nuys, and El Segundo). Waiting times are probably longer in other markets.
