What is going on with the rivian mapping app????

What is going on with the rivian mapping app for the last 2 weeks? Whenever I put in a destination or use it it zooms all the way out to the United States and then you can't re-center or zoom in on anything

I've had the same issue. Had to reboot several times. Can't confidently say that rebooting is a permanent fix. Hoping that the next update resolves this.

Same here. have tried numerous reboots and the same stuff keeps happening. started w/ last new update, driving me crazy

Reboot (full restart) seems to have solved this issue for me.

kept happening to me for several days after i installed the last update, even after rebooting several times. however, after my last reboot about a week ago , it hasn't happened again (fingers crossed)

Added this to our service ticket for Gen 2 R1S. Multiple resets with no change. In service now. Haven’t seen it happen on our Gen1 and it’s not happening on the Gen1 loaner we got. No word yet on potential fixes.

It’s happening on one of our gen1’s but not the loaner gen1 we have right now (our gen2 is in for service again). Find an infotainment reset gets us around 48 hours before it comes back on Bluey.

I have a service ticket in and there have been several threads about this here. Rivian service is aware of the issue (posted links to threads) and so my guess it'll be fixed s00n.

FWIW, a full reset doesn't permanently fix it.

Mine was corrected after one reboot. ... but the seat memory issue remains.

Mine took many many UI Reboots to correct.. and now Apple Music is a goner —— had an appointment for the screen - but it is now working - they would have my truck till it failed again - cancelled appointment..

Same exact issue! I posted about it the other day. Reboot helps for a while and then it happens again. Tried both quick reboot with steering wheel buttons and then tried a full reboot with the hazard light and steering wheel. Doesn't matter. it will do it again until we get a software patch.
