IMO, larger flares alone will not increase clearance. It'd mostly be cosmetic and for road-legal compliance wherever laws apply. When running oversized tires, rubbing occurs with the wheel well liners, not the flares. If you want more clearance, the fenders have to be trimmed, new flares attached and well liners removed/replaced.

You are correct. I run 295/65/20s and the plastic flare is only one of the places that rubs, (right at 12:00) They also hit the front and rear lining at full lock and low setting.

As many have mentioned, A-post grab handles. My wife is 5'3" and has memory issues. She never remembers the handle above the window and always grabs the A-post.

Going to add that I'd love to see a roof rack with light bar option that's not over a grand. Plus I like supporting smaller businesses instead of the big bois.

Grab handles would be really nice.

I like my wife's, but they don't work as well in the truck.

It might be an issue to do something with the A pillar thanks to the airbag though.

@MountainPassPerformance Any updates on upcoming parts for the R1 platform? I am particular interested in some type of Big/lightweight brake upgrade that I think you had said a while back was in the works.

Keep up the good work! Thanks

Brake upgrade coming very soon! We'll make a full post once we have it sorted.

Here is an idea for an aftermarket item: something to replace the OEM tail light bar. Maybe something with integrated super bright ditch lights built in or just built with a sturdier or more pliable material.

I just replaced mine today. It cracked when I bumped something backing up…

There could be a market for this as I’m clearly not the only person that has damaged one (looking on eBay there are a bunch of cracked second hand Rivian tail light bars for sale).

Curious if those brakes would allow smaller wheels, better for off roading. I assume not but worth an ask.
