Where / when to enter Rivian Referral Code when ordering?

Hello all.

When you get the order invite for the R2. It does not ask for the Rivian Referral code. Where would you enter the code during the process?

I don't think you can use the code for R2. Also, when I ordered my R1, you could only use the code if you purchased a vehicle they had in inventory - you couldn't apply a code to a custom build
