Hey sorry I am not sure as I am not driving my rivian currently. I just heard there was a recalibration setting in the software somewhere. Glad the post is still helping people though!
I just had this happen with my rear passenger window this morning, trying to remote close the vented windows before the mowing service guys rolled by my truck in the office parking lot... I was completely thunderstruck at the window stopping 75% up and refusing to go further. The only good thing is at least I'm back in hometown and not on the 5-day traveling trip I just got back from yesterday :O

Where is this software option? I can't find it in Settings.

In the RiDE menu.

Small details missing in original post. Hold first switch position until you observe glass shimmy up and down. This indicates the travel limit has been registered. Works same way both directions. This usually resolves quirky express up/down (2nd switch position).

This _sort of_ helped... I went back out, did a single down-hold and held it while it went all the way down, and watched for probably 15sec looking for that shimmy while at the bottom... nothing. Then I thought "maybe this means a shimmy at the *top of the raise*, so I did a single up-hold and held while it went up to its 75% stop point... continued holding, maybe 8-18sec, and suddenly it went the rest of the way. Whew!!!

The shimmy is easy to miss. Blink at the right time and you miss it.

@R1TFTW this corrected the issue for me. Thank you! I was noticing there was a bit more wind noise than normal, but it was slight enough that I didn’t bother worrying about it…. Until I went through a car wash and afterward noticed the rear driver window wasn’t all the way up. After a few expletives I tried your fix and it worked.
