Has anyone had any luck tapping into the iZEV incentive program?

https://tc.canada.ca/en/road-transp...duty-zero-emission-vehicles/eligible-vehicles

Rivian is not on the list of vehicles eligible for some reason.

I initially contacted Transport Canada about eligibility and in their response, they included the following:

For a vehicle to be deemed eligible, Transport Canada must first receive an application from the manufacturer and that application will then be assessed against the eligibility criteria of the program. Please note that we update the iZEV Program’s list of eligible vehicles whenever a new make and/or model is approved.

I then forwarded the email to Rivian who responded with this:

Currently, our vehicles do not apply for any purchase incentives.
At a later date, within your estimated delivery window, you will be contacted by a Rivian Guide. They will go over any questions you may have about the purchasing process, including if you may apply for such incentives at this stage.

Given that Rivian is still not on the list of eligible vehicles, I take it that no one has been eligible for incentives, however has anyone tried with their guide?

Rivians are too expensive to qualify
For iZEV. MSRP has to be below $60,000 for trucks (base model) or up to $70,000 for higher trims.
