All sound is gone from my R1S GEN 2

Has anyone ever had the problem that I had just occurred yesterday, where all the sound in your Rivian is gone? It doesn't matter the audio source; even the blinker does not make noise. I have done both a factory reset and a infotainment reset and nothing has fixed it. I now have a service appointment but considering how many times I've had to take the car in for recalls, I'm not thrilled to do it again two or three weeks later with all the wasted commute time.

The one and only time it happened to us was in our Model 3. It ended up being the 12v battery going bad and that issue lead to many other issues. Glad you're not waiting for other issues to get it checked out in your Rivian so keep us posted as to the outcome. Tesla replaced it that time under warranty so now we proactively replace it every 3 years just to be safe since it's no longer under warranty.

Our R1S Gen2 has done this a couple of times but it has always self corrected. Once by a hard reset, and the last time after parking and when we returned it was back on again. Go figure ?

I had a mobile tech come out, and they said if it's under warranty and they can hear it, they will replace the seat.
