and give it about 0.4-inch raise on the edge

D-ring tie-down points that mount through the truck bed floor and are structurally attached to the frame (while avoiding the spare tire obviously. Maybe two in front of the hatch, two behind & one on either side (if there are structural attachment points in those places).

We had now started to work on a roof sunshade, is it possible to have one or two owners help us test them out?(We going to make a couple of prototype and find the one with the best fitment)

+1. While some might prefer a rubber material, I have had great luck with the Bed Rug composite style In several other trucks.

For the pet protection, a setup that would fit with the seats up, potentially both sides or just the driver side would be nice. Something that would cover the storage area. I have seen some owners develop their own designs.

A rooftop tent mounting clamp plate that's curved to match the bottom of the cargo bars, and has a high friction padding on the top to limit potential sliding or damaging the bottom of the bars.

The typical plates are just silly cheap flat plates.

The Yakima roadshower is plates are basically what I'm describing, but the curvature isn't quite right. And they're stupid expensive.
