Hello all,

I got the 2022.47 update. Liking all the enhancements except not sure about one thing. It allows you now to set good current location as home. I did this due to my home address is some 100+ yards off. The gearguard seems to deactivate when I selected that setting, but the charging schedule is not working. It is still saying, “Paused: not in saved location.”
Is there anything special I need to do or is it just still not fixed?

I tried infotainment reset and hard reset and went on a 120 mile trip with no success.

Thanks in advance!

Rivian uses Mapbox, based on OpenStreetMap, which anyone can edit. My house was built in 1978, but did not exist in OpenStreetMap. Once I added it, and my update appeared (about a day later) Proximity locking/unlocking started working properly. I don't use scheduling for charging, so can't speak to that. I would make sure your home location is correctly reflected in OpenStreetMap as a first step. florida | OpenStreetMap

Where were you when you set the schedule? Seems like it use the location the schedule is created at and not a specific address for the schedule.

I would park where you want to charge, delete the current schedule and create a new one.

wow. I thought I tried this but didn’t do it like I left the house and turned it off and reset it when I got back. That worked. Thanks a lot!

also, do you know if this will also work when going to another place to charge? It actually asked me when I did that if I wanted to save this location… If I adjust the amperage at a friends, will it save those parameters at that location?

I do not have my Rivian yet but I think you can only set one schedule.
