I just did a trip from LA to Mammoth this weekend (not in a Rivian). The entire time I kept wondering how I would charge for the same trip in a Rivian. What was your charging situation like? Any tips?Late March delivery. I got 20,031.
I go to Mammoth from LA about every 1.5 months and a daily commute of around 70 miles.
Rotated my tires 3x.
.I make 2 RAN stops: Inyokern and Bishop. It adds about 1-1.5 hrs to the trip. I start with 85% from LA and charge to at least 80% at Inyokern and depending on weather and length of stay in Mammoth I charge min 85%. Winter I've been charging to 95%. I drive conserve mode until I get into Mammoth and then switch to All-purpose or Snow mode.I just did a trip from LA to Mammoth this weekend (not in a Rivian). Okay….and how many miles do you have on your R1T/R1S?I make 2 RAN stops: Inyokern and Bishop. It adds about 1-1.5 hrs to the trip. Inyokern is about a 4 mile detour but worth the free charging and the burgers at Classic Burgers is pretty good too!

The 21s drive much nicer! About 12% better mileage too. They don't offroad or have as much traction but for freeway and general driving they are the way to go.Any difference on handling ?
