So, I’ve read a number of posts about non-responsive guides. As a fair counter, I confirmed an R1S from the store and have found the guide to be responsive so far. I had two issues and the guide responded to both and addressed them.
I understand that people have had subpar experiences. I’m not an apologist for Rivian, and there is no excuse for some of those experiences. I just wanted to share a positive experience on my end.
