I'm very excited they disseminated the knowledge from the Q&A. Secondly, coming from RJ that vehicles will begin in Sept is not something you just say off the cuff. It was calculated and I believe very real, because words and actions matter. Also, interesting on the Hawaii barge thing, it seems selectively they may release vehicles without always having SCS ... But the rules may be complicated ;-)

Will there be any test drives before the first vehicles are delivered? Interesting to hear them barely mentioned. Doesn't give much time for the events to be set up. I predict there are exactly 10 deliveries in September... to the 10 people who got to test drive and see vehicles in person a few weeks ago

So hooray for ducktruck :champagne:

Most interesting to me, the first actual experience with a Rivian product I will have might be the Rivian app. Hope it is good after all this time :fingerscrossed:

@DuckTruck if that's the case, you better be in line for a Doug Demuro [for quirks and features], insideevs[range testing] and TFL[off road testing] video reviews. I'm sure they'll fly to wherever you are ?

He's having me drive it to Colorado for Kyle and the TFL guys to review. Big sacrifice by me.
(@DuckTruck you like how I'm stealing your trick? lol)

V2H confirmed (at least in the works) by RJ in the QA session!!
That was an interesting bit of information, surprised that did not come up in the three interviews Rivian Stories did. Especially with all of the people asking about it.

Can't wait to watch the whole round table had to stop in the middle of washing the dog haha
I LOVE LOVE LOVE that they posted this! This just gives great insight into the company and their philosophy/culture. I have been a huge fan of RJ and Rivian for years, and this just cements my belief in the whole team in Normal. Can't express how awesome it is to see this!

Finally a communication of substance. After 2+ years of waiting I can begin to see a finish line.

Plus—@DuckTruck overload! I know you’ve said it before, but what an experience! You are one lucky duck.

Looking at RJ accelerate from a stop and comparing the video timestamp it looks to be 0-60 in less than 4 seconds ????

3 kwh = 6 or 7 miles per RJ... magic!

He obviously made a math error (and do not blame him). Just not sure where his mind was going there. (EDIT: Nope, i'm a moron. I flipped mi/kwh and kwh/mi)

I'm most surprised that nobody asked about charging speeds in the Q&A. I really liked the video discussion and that they'll use the GPS tracks for build out offroad information. 10cm GPS is an insanely nice GPS unit.

Deliveries are still on track for September! Yes!!! I’m so excited! It’s actually happening!! Also, future V2H is an awesome feature, I wonder if the back up is comparable to the Lightning?

?
3kwh is 2.2% of 135kwh battery pack. And 2.2% of the 300 mile range is 6.6 miles. Did I also made a math error?
