Reportedly, it was in Harrisburg to promote new legislation allowing Direct Sales. Currently, only Tesla is authorized for direct sales.

In Delaware it is also illegal to sell EVs from manufacturer stores but they have service centers and delivery centers for Tesla. I am wondering if that is a loophole that could be used in PA.

The states that allowed a specific exemption to only 1 company (Tesla) are the most hypocritical of all to me. I hope it passes for everyone’s sake… except for the dealers, who I hate with a white hot passion
